For other enquiries, it is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is responding appropriately to enquiries. You do not have to provide personal data to browse our public pages. Without the information needed to handle your request, we may be unable to respond or provide the requested service.

Storage and deletion

We retain personal data for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected. Enquiry data is deleted when the enquiry has been resolved and no further processing is required. Statutory retention duties, ongoing contractual obligations and the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims may require longer retention; access and use are limited accordingly.

For operational and security data, the relevant criteria are the need to deliver the service, investigate technical incidents and protect against misuse. Cookie storage ends when the cookie expires or is deleted in the browser. Data retained in backups is removed through the applicable backup rotation rather than by immediately editing individual backup copies.

Your rights
